CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

  • There is a $15 processing fee for all cancellations. After date, no refunds are accepted.
  • No shows can contact the HOG office within 30 days after the event for their package to be posted for a cost of $15 for shipping and handlings.
  • All registrations are non-transferable.
